Seeking an experienced, self-directed, Operations Analyst to support a new 5 year Army contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist the Army in a full range of program/product management and administration, financial, technical, and business transformation.
Location: Fort Gregg-Adams, Richmond, VA

Work closely with management and project teams to identify root or systemic causes and problems and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Analyze and review documentation procedures and controls. Plan, organize, analyze, evaluate, and provide technical oversight to data analysis and business process review projects through application of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Develop, plan, and schedule, estimate resource requirements, define milestones and deliverables, monitor activities, and evaluate and report on accomplishments.
Identify alternative solutions to problems in assigned projects.
Conduct analysis of the most complex business problems.
Work with management to apply findings and recommendations to develop agency strategies and corresponding business objectives.
Required qualifications:
10+ years' experience as Operations Analyst or related field.
Experience with financial systems and managing program budgets.
3+ years' experience to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, external stakeholder networks, and teaming partnerships
