We are seeking an individual to work with a Fortune 50 Media & Entertainment leader specializing in the Streaming space located in New York, New York. As the Technical Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the portfolio management and roadmap delivery for syndication partners. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Syndication Portfolio lead to maintain a healthy and balanced portfolio of partner requested globally syndicated features.
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years project management experience in a technology, engineering, or media company supporting multi-workstream programs
Strong self-starter, able to come up to speed quickly and contribute in a diverse set of technical areas, without requiring significant oversight and direction.
Ability to effectively present ideas and key insights in all communications with senior and executive leadership teams
Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate between team members from multiple internal departments and external vendors
Good working understanding of media technology systems; able to have meaningful discussions with technology experts.
Track record of delivery utilizing internal software development teams in an agile environment.
Strong advocate of tooling automation to improve workflow efficiencies
Broad knowledge of program and project management methodologies and techniques
Good understanding of the global media landscape, and technology's influence

Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent, background in technology or engineering a significant plus; relevant project or program management qualification.
Responsibilities:
Support the Portfolio Lead in the monitoring and reporting of partner requested and globally syndicated features for delivery
Assist with data collection to support roadmap preparation, including an understanding of features, dependencies, and rollout dates
Prepare weekly portfolio reports, driving alignment with impacted stakeholders and supporting communications with partners
Document existing portfolio management processes and proposed initiatives to improve portfolio ways of working
Engage business, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure their needs and desired outcomes are considered in the process
Compile feature delivery notifications to inform partners of upcoming releases
Complete proof of concepts for desired tooling improvements and increased automation to support portfolio functions
Support portfolio and syndication delivery governance, tracking key outcomes and actions
