Responsibilities:
Review specifications
Solicit bids from material and turn-key subcontractors
Review and take-off drywall scope in OST/QB or Edge software
Provide reporting and recap to chief estimator on owners for review
Create proposal
Complete all contractor scope/Bid forms
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial drywall trade.
Proficiency in on-screen take-off and estimating software (e.g., Quick Bid or Edge).
Familiarity with Autodesk software.
Experience with PlanGrid and Blue Beam.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
