Responsibilities for the Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer include:
Managing programs and projects to improve asset reliability of fixed equip including piping, tanks, and vessels
Offering technical support for the development of inspection plans for fixed equipment
Identifying root cause of equipment failures and corrective actions
Focusing on continuous improvement of fixed equipment assets
Requirements for the Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer include:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Mechanical Engineering preferred
At least 3 years of relevant experience within an manufacturing, chemical or heavy industrial environment
Understanding of ASME Codes and Standards
Knowledgeable in welding processes and static equipment repair techniques
Project Management experience preferred
Excellent mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication, influencing, and team building skills
