Compensation: $100-200k
As the Head of Growth, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion for the company's products or services. This involves leading cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
Responsibilities
Developing and refining the company's GTM strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Leading efforts to identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and growth channels.
Collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Driving customer acquisition through various channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, sales enablement, and events.
Implementing data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Experimenting with new tactics and technologies to continuously improve the company's growth trajectory.
Providing leadership and mentorship to the growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Establishing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success metrics for growth initiatives.
Communicating progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
