We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the leadership team of our North American operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the leader's office, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate travel logistics and activities, and promptly address unexpected changes.
Liaise with customers/CXOs to schedule meetings and manage correspondence.
Assist with special projects, including creating presentations and reports.
Coordinate complex scheduling and manage information flow to the leader.
Prepare and submit expense reports, and support as delegate approver for the team.
Organize and support events and meetings with internal teams and customers.
Compose routine correspondence and assist with meeting preparations.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Determine priority matters for the President's attention and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Hard Requirement)
10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 4 years supporting C-Suite executives
Experience liaising with Customer/Sales/CXO offices
Prior experience in technology companies and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work on-site in Edison, NJ Office
Ability to travel as needed to the NYC office to support the President
