LHH Recruitment in partnership with a firm in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an experienced Estate Administrator. This is a permanent, full-time position in a growing Trust and Estates group. This role is very flexible and within a collegial work environment. There is NO BILLABLE HOUR REQUIREMENT. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Candidate must have:
2+ years of Estate Administration Experience
Drafting correspondence and legal documents and preparing inventories, accountings and other probate documents
Conferring with clients, beneficiaries, insurance companies, financial institutions and court administrators.
Experience preparing tax returns, including gift tax returns
BA degree or higher
Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail
