Job Description:

Corbett Inc. is a commercial interiors consultant & manufacturers rep group for KI furniture (www.ki.com) and other top lines. We are looking to bring on a results-oriented Architectural Product Client Advisor who specializes in reviewing and qualifying architectural opportunities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York & West Virginia.

Our Architectural Products team is looking for an energetic, coachable & hard-working individual to help support our existing team. This role will serve as a utility player to assist the Architectural Products team to perform as efficiently as possible!

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales, product & problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations. They will also possess excellent time management & organization skills with the ability to meet important deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will work cross functionally with multiple manufacturers & internal team members to ensure quotes are accurate, up to date and modified as necessary. This candidate should have strong communication skills and an ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review architectural drawings and bid documents to assess project details in relation to product, such as size, scope and specifications
• Work with salespeople to strategically qualify opportunities, as well as recommend product specifications that meet clients' budgets and design goals
• Coordinate with factory personnel, general contractors, architects, designers and end users to establish and maintain project schedules
• Communicate project timeline and updates to ALL parties in a timely manner
• Produce and submit proposals and quotations
• Review installation plans and coordinate installation logistics with vendors
• Maintain project punch lists, confirm resolutions and ensure their completion

Qualifications:
• Experience in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction Management or a related field is required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement
• Experience in AutoCAD is a bonus
