Job Description:

Job Summary: As the VMS Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing total talent and innovation strategies to achieve internal KPIs and contracted service level metrics across all Vendor Management System (VMS) clients. You will maintain industry knowledge, provide subject matter expertise in the contingent landscape, and drive compliance and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Implementation: Implement total talent and innovation strategies, reports, and tools to achieve internal KPIs and contracted service level metrics across all VMS clients.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the industry, company products, markets, competition, and financial positions.
  3. Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in the contingent landscape, present market intelligence, and make strategy recommendations for compliance and risk mitigation.
  4. Project Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation and adjacent documentation for program project strategies, including project plans, justification documentation, charters, presentations, FAQs, etc.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct regular meetings with super users, key stakeholders, HR, procurement, contracts, and other cross-functional teams.
  6. Policy Enforcement: Enforce program policy, contract compliance, and resolve day-to-day issues.
  7. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure SOPs are created for all program operations and maintained and updated regularly.
  8. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, managing up and operating at senior and/or executive levels within TA, HR, Procurement, and the broader enterprise management levels.
  9. Innovative Solutions: Provide innovative and scalable solutions that transform talent acquisition and drive dramatic improvements.
  10. Program Enhancement: Incorporate opportunities for program enhancement and improvements into daily operations.
  11. System Proficiency: Become an expert in VMS tools and gain working knowledge of all systems used in daily operations, including integrations and feeds between VMS.
  12. Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • 5 or more years in leadership or direct management required.
  • VMS/MSP Program management experience.
  • Transformational project leadership or experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives is required.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience managing various Performance Metrics and Service Level Agreements.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Vlookup, filters, and pivots are a must.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills.
  • High level of initiative, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary and Schedule:
  • Salary: $60,000 per year + Benefits
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
