In this role, you'd be hired directly by Robert Half Technology as an internal, full time, salaried employee with full benefits. As our clients have projects come up, you would go scope and complete the project. Each client project varies but is typically around 3-12 months. You'd get to take on new challenges every few months, gain experience in new industries and technologies, while having the stability of a full-time salary and benefits. You still get paid overtime for any hours worked over 40 and you get paid your full salary whether you're on a current project or between projects. Basically, you get variety and stability, all rolled together. You'll be part of a team of passionate professionals committed to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients!
