Job Summary:
The Manager of Strategic Initiatives is a key member of ComPsych's Strategy team and will work on projects that drive continual business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing business initiatives related to innovation, product development, product partnerships, and operational and organizational efficiencies. The position will report directly into the Director of Strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead the identification of new products, tools and technologies which can be utilized to drive innovation, increase efficiencies, and optimize growth of the organization
Conduct regular and extensive competitive market analysis of new and existing market entrants, and of primary and ancillary competitors
Leverage critical thinking related to new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and machine learning, to create and develop plans for their implementation across the business
Research, monitor, and collect information related to existing business operations and products to identify gaps in efficiency and establish clear plans to optimize processes
Leverage available data to measure performance of business units, and create plans and make decisions based on quantitative reasoning
Draft and present short- and long-term strategy proposals for a multitude of business units
Participate in and/or lead customer-specific, need-based projects
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or product development role
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects with fixed deadlines
Ability to function effectively in cross-functional role, as well as present findings to key decision makers, executives, and management
Intellectually curious with a knack for problem solving
Comfort with autonomy and working independently
Flawless time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree from highly-accredited University
