Your Role

As the User Growth Marketing Manager at our cutting-edge fintech app company specializing in selling securities on the blockchain, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role demands a results-driven and creative professional with a deep understanding of user behavior, fintech trends, and a passion for leveraging innovative marketing techniques to propel our user base.

As a User Growth Marketing Manager at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute user growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Lead user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities within the fintech and blockchain sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates on the success of user growth initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform and refine marketing strategies.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on user growth, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, acquisition channels, and marketing analytics.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We'd Love It If You Also Had
  • Experience with marketing fintech apps or blockchain-based securities.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing.
