Hours: 8-5, 1 hour lunch break. Once full time m-thurs there is an option for a help line where you can work an extra hour and then work a hour. Capped at 40hrs a week while on contract
Hybrid: 2 days onsite tues/wed based on performance
Training: 1st month fully onsite with a trainer, designated trainer, reverse shadowing, online programs
Equipment: Laptop, in office will have full desk. Designated desk, no hotel desk.
Day to Day:
- CSR team has 800 line and email address that comes to this team. Printed on all the invoices to customers. Works with national accounts customers, they can ask for simple requests (invoice copies, or explanation of charges, or disputing charges, can also be audited and need years of records)
- Divided by invoice types on the team, each role would have 40-50 different requests.
- Cases (emails) entry level would be 10-12 a day, once more in the role could be around 20 cases. Bit of both inbound and outbound. 60-70 calls per day inbound to the team, can request for a CSR to pick up the phone to call and speak to a customer if they need more information. 10 calls per day outbound.
- Customer side would be talking to payables team, could be president of a company, drivers, supervisors of fleet.
