Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items.
Analyze customers' business requirements and tailor the use of the system to meet those objectives.
Troubleshooting, requirements gathering, design, write and test applications; problem reporting; provides detailed specification and follows standard programming procedures.
Identifying potential risks or issues with proposed solutions and providing recommendations for addressing them
Manage communications, scheduling, and logistics for business and ERP specific projects.
Help guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution.
Ensure instructional materials are accurate. Provide subject matter expertise and support for end user training delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a computer science field. Plus 5 yrs. in or around Manufacturing process.
Experience in manufacturing ERP implementations/Migrations
Working knowledge of start to finish process from order demand to invoicing.
Self-starter with a sense of urgency, and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
