• Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Oversee duties involving heavy highway construction activities, including structures, earthwork/dirt, concrete, and utilities.
  
  
  • Manage skilled craftspeople on exciting and challenging construction projects.
  
  
  • Work closely with project management while championing safety, fiscal responsibility, productivity, and quality.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of
  3 to 7 years of experience in heavy civil / roadway construction.

• Skills:
  
  
  • Strong understanding of heavy highway construction processes.
  
  
  • Ability to lead and coordinate construction teams.
  
  
  • Proficiency in ensuring safety compliance and quality standards.
  
  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
