Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Patient Experience- Delivery Team, the Project Manager will work across and between MGB Digital, MGB Operations, and other external groups to drive Patient Experience & Virtual Care. The Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of mid to large sized project plans and critical paths, for both mature programs and early stage program development needs .
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Owns the day-to-day operations of activities related to assigned program(s)
Collaborates with team leads on the effective and efficient use of Workfront for project management
Works closely with the management on the development of the program project plans and goals
Develops and owns project plans and proactively manages and coordinates open action items, escalating decisions to leadership when appropriate
Coordinates data and reporting activities (work with analysts on data requests and independently interpret and present data) for program(s) and stakeholder groups
Prepares/delivers presentations to Senior leadership group across MGB Digital, identifies resource model, and tracks all related program items for progress
Evaluates key data and analytics related to process, outcome, and survey metrics to evaluate the success of the program, inform the revision/evolution of the program, and meet internal performance goals
Understands, partners and networks with all stakeholders, understands key decision makers
Designs, implements, and manages all aspects of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects as needed
Understands the integration, development and implementation needs across the full program of work

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant master's degree preferred, but not required
5+ years of related experience including three to five years administrative management experience in a healthcare environment; experience working directly with senior clinicians & managers preferred
Must have 3-4 years project management experience
Demonstrated Project/Program Management expertise and refined skill
Technical background preferred but not a must

Demonstrated leadership experience in large complex organizations
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive projects to completion in a complex, deadline-driven environment
Ability to build consensus across teams, with staff and leadership
Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
Ability to document and communicate the status of progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Visio, Teams, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently
