Human Resource Coordinator - Full or Part Time at Hoyle, Tanner and Associates, Inc. in Manchester, New Hampshire

Job Description:

Hoyle Tanner is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration, and have a strong connection to our corporate Values of Respect, Responsibility, Commitment, and Quality.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

· Conduct new hire Onboarding and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed

· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

· Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures

· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

· Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations

· Coordinate training and development programs for employees

· Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

· 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
