This position provides administrative support for a school, handling all administrative tasks and school activities. It requires customer service experience and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and instant messenger.
Manage employee profiles and financial transactions in a customer's travel and expense database.
Research and analyze information using various tools.
Communicate customer policies to external customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Concur and expenses.
Maintain related files and control records.
Interact with all levels of employees within the customer organization.
Assist customers with reconciling accounts and other financial transactions.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous customer service and/or technical support experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage workload, and make effective decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
