3rd Shift Production Operators at ManpowerGroup in TROY, Ohio

Job Description:

You will join an assembly team building windows and doors. Tasks and teams will vary based on needs.

This is a 3rd shift position (8pm - 6:30am) with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay starts at $19.50/hr with a shift differential and a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform various assembly tasks, potentially rotating tasks within a shift.
• Operate equipment and tools precisely following production guidelines.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform quality inspections and communicate effectively (written and oral).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to use hand tools and machinery, perform maintenance tasks, and follow safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quality standards are required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. occasionally and perform various physical tasks as described.

The job requires passing a drug test, pre-work ability screening, and pre-employment tests.

The work environment includes noise and potential for high temperatures and humidity.
