The Corporate Trust Middle Office Group Manager for WSFS Institutional Services Division will be responsible for the day- to- day processing of Middle Office activities and assisting the Middle Office Specialists.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of Corporate Trust Middle Office Specialists.

  • Responsible for Registered Transfer Agent (RTA) item processing and account setup, payments, reconciliations and audits, and DTC processing.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with SEC and OCC regulatory requirements.

  • Handle multiple deadlines and take part in projects when needed.

  • Lead and assist in development of junior associates.

  • Review and approve account set ups completed by other Associates.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Middle Office activities including property inquiries.

  • Be detailed oriented, good with mathematical calculations, able to work on their own within defined parameters, and have high level communication skills.



Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 4 years demonstrated successful track record in Corporate Trust.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required. Knowledge of TranStar is a plus.

  • Must be proficient with numbers and basic accounting.

  • Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to organize workflow.

  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and exercise good judgement.

  • Must be able to read, interpret and execute complex payment strategies with Corporate Trust transactions.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, clients, customers and the public clearly and concisely.
