Job Overview:
As a Project Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple rooftop solar projects from the mid-stage of development to construction and O&M handover throughout Illinois. Your duties will include managing project reporting, facilitating permitting activities, setting up remote monitoring systems, and handling various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and revise project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines.
Supervise project expenses to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints while identifying potential risks.
Assist in monitoring and updating project data within the company's CRM platforms.
Ensure effective communication with subcontractors, clients, regulatory bodies, and internal team members, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across all stages of the project.
