ICX Group is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager with for a large and well known organization in Central Florida. In this role, the Corporate Tax Manager will lead a team of tax accountants and assist with income tax provision and tax accounting, as well as assisting around tax compliance.
DUTIES
Review income tax provision with relation to annual financial statement audits as well as reviewing foreign tax returns and statutory GAAP adjustments
Assist in the preparation of income tax provisions and disclosures in accordance to ASC 740 and the SEC
Assist with various tax research and planning
Assist in planning and analyzing corporate improvements and planning projects
Stay current with corporate tax best practices and changing tax laws
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
Masters in Tax preferred
CPA required
Minimum 4+ years of Tax experience, public accounting experience preferred
