Compensation for this role: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
OVERVIEW:
Supports multiple project teams with comprehensive scheduling and works with customers and trade partners to provide accurate detail throughout the life of the project for Data Center construction.
The role may work remotely but will be required to travel to job site(s) regularly.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones and constraints for Data Center construction projects through interactive planning with the project team.
Work with multiple project teams to build resource loaded schedules that adhere to the General Contractor CPM schedule and all updates throughout the life of the project.
Reviews Contractor's Baseline schedule submissions and verifies that all work scope is identified properly and logically sequenced correctly; provides written detailed schedule review comments.
Performs schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that affect the construction schedule; assist project supervision teams with schedule negotiations with the general contractor for any delay time impacts.
Effectively communicates with the General Contractor and other key subcontractors regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule related meetings.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
Ability to perform Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value Analysis of a construction project schedule.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in construction scheduling, preferably data center environment, coupled with a proficient grasp of construction terminology commonly employed in contracts and other construction related documents.
Skilled in utilizing advanced features within Primavera P6 scheduling software, with a solid understanding of other construction scheduling tools.

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in engineering or construction management as well as 2 years of on-site Data Center construction scheduling experience is required.
Five years of equivalent construction scheduling experience can replace educational requirements. Electrical experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software and MS Office Suite with a working knowledge of Microsoft Project is required.
