Responsibilities
and administer the corporate card program, including budget management for districts, card issuance, suspension, or closure, and handling related communications.
daily and weekly reconciliations of corporate bank accounts, ensuring accuracy in transaction recording and resolving discrepancies.
the execution of wire transfers and ACH payments, and assist in compiling cash reporting and cash flow forecasts.
in the development, documentation, updating, and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
additional support in financial reporting and analysis as necessary.
Client Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field from an accredited institution.
experience, preferably 1-2 years, in Treasury, Accounting, or Cash Management.
in Excel and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
with corporate card programs and managing multiple accounts is preferred.
