Are you ready to lead in the dynamic world of energy resources? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Division Order Supervisor to join their team. You would play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communications within the department!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily department functuions.
Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders to resolve title issues and ensure timely payments.
Analyze title documents to determine ownership.
Verify and maintain Division of Interest.
Investigate and respond to ownership inquiries and payment concerns.
Provide support and training to department personnel.
Monitor royalty changes and division order mailings.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience:
3-5 years of Crude Oil experience preferred.
1-3 years of supervisor experience preferred.
