The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Client Development Assistant to join a busy marketing team at a global law firm. This individual will provide administrative support to the team, prepare marketing materials for clients and potential clients, assist with research, and help with special projects.
Responsibilities Include:
Gather marketing and business development materials for clients and potential clients
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and custom marketing materials
Assist with conference and event logistics and planning
Conduct market research
Track business development deadlines and other activities for the team
Assist with other projects
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree
1+ year of administrative experience in a corporate setting
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
