We are seeking skilled Integration Technicians to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position involves the integration, assembly, and testing of aircraft components, particularly within airframe systems.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and integrate aircraft components following detailed procedures.
Set up new production areas with necessary tooling and equipment.
Support the transition from development to production phases, including handling first articles.
Conduct hardware inspections and verification in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
Troubleshoot and rectify malfunctions through modifications, rework, and maintenance.
Utilize a variety of material handling and precision measurement tools.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
2-6+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or integration.
Proficient in fluid and tubing installations, electrical harness routing, or general aerospace assembly.
Familiar with interpreting engineering models, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
Basic digital literacy, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including at heights and in confined spaces.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Skills:
Relevant trade school training or industry certification.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments and/or Six Sigma certification.
Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in handling and assembling large, tight tolerance aerospace structures.
