Job Description:
Manages and tracks progress of a single project/release across all phases, engage with project stakeholder and managers to ensure objectives are met.
Responsibilities include:
Document the project charter and define a plan to achieve the business objectives with input from Product Manager, Product Owners, Systems leads, and stakeholders.
Complete Impact Assessments on projects to ensure stakeholders are identified.
Ensure project covers SDLC required tasks including compliance reviews, test planning, release planning.
Accountable for the Business Test strategy and Test plan
Support BAs with documentation and related approvals
Manage the budget at the project level. Ensure accurate reporting of budget estimates / actuals hours.
Create and maintain project plan and timeline through all phases.
Manage RAID, update project status, ensure resources are allocated to execute, escalate when needed.
Coordinate production turnover and implementation activities with Systems PM, ICS, and stakeholders
Run weekly project meetings with all stakeholders, produce and maintain project status reporting/dashboards.
Skills required:
Agile, kanban or scrum experience
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Qtest desired.
Intellectually curious
Proactively manage projects independently
10+ years of total experience and 5+ years of project management experience
Financial services / data management experience is a nice to have.
Education & Experience:
Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10-12 years work experience.
