We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our client in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, along with the necessary certifications including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules according to organizational needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications.
Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, updates, and new features.
Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Requirements:
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
ITIL certification is required.
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
