Project Manager needed at leading medical device company located near Wonder Lake, IL. This role is responsible to lead and manage engineering projects for new products.
This is long term contract opportunity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field of study (Mechanical Engineering is ideal)
5+ years of engineering project leadership experience within manufacturing
Preferred:
Medical device and/or injection molding experience
Experience with automated high volume facilities
Responsibilities:
Management of assigned projects, including responsibility for budget and timeline
Work closely with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders during project execution
Lead the design, selection, commissioning and qualification of new equipment and automation
Participate in the design, development and validation of new products
Develop documentation required for product manufacture and conduct associated training
