This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at Havens General Construction located in Princeton, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
PMP certification is a plus
