Manage and monitor assigned projects to ensure they meet the agreed construction schedule, expected quality levels, and adherence to the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
Provide leadership, advice, and assistance to field staff regarding, sequencing, scheduling, people management and methods of construction.
Provide input on budgets and determine field staff requirements.
Ensure that field personnel are performing to established standards, providing help and guidance when required to ensure issues are mitigated before they arise.

Oversee the development of project schedules and monitor all project schedules for compliance.
Review project schedules during regular project visits, highlighting potential challenges and providing solutions when required.
Help provide creative solutions to challenges, adopting a positive, team oriented approach which ensures the best outcome is reached for the business and its stakeholders.
Coordinate field training in job specific and safety training.
Recruit, mentor, coach, and train teams to ensure they are able to effectively execute project plans.
Foster and develop effective working relationships with team members, ensuring deliverable development and succession plans are in place within the field teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of Superintendent experience, successfully delivering complex Multifamily projects.
Ability to project manage and deliver multiple high value projects concurrently.
Excellent organizational skills to manage the details necessary for the successful delivery of high value, complex Multifamily projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction Management (preferred but not essential) and experience relative to size/scope of projects.
Garden Style or Podium experience is preferable, but not essential.
Strong understanding and use of programming and scheduling software with the ability to use this to help produce workable and deliverable schedules.
A strong sense of urgency and initiative with the ability to constantly multi-task and handle competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think and act decisively.
