Job Description:

One of our top clients is hiring a Project Manager to join their Human Resources division.

Team Size/Structure: This person will be working with the steering committee of HR. Working 2 levels below the head of HR. Will work with HR Business Partners

Team Culture: Collaborative - lots of stakeholder management

Team's primary function: HR

Typical Day: Fair amount of stakeholder management. Ensuring they have the information needed to prepare for leading training sessions. Preparing status updates for program leadership. Working with other HR offering owners to incorporate language to be consistent across trainings and offers. Core PM duties including supporting HR enablement and external workstream. Internal communication training.

Interview Process: 2 rounds then a written assessment/writing samples

Top 3 Skill:

Executive Communication Skills/Interaction - Written mostly

Strong PM skills - Project plans, project updates

Stakeholder management/communication

Years Experience: 5-10 yrs

Certs/Education: PMP would be great would not be required. Degrees would be great but not required. Looking for the skill.

Schedule: Hybrid, onsite Tues-Thurs.

Location: Malvern, PA

Hours: Normal hours but flexible 8:30am-5pm (this is a global position and may have some evening hours that would offset the day hours)

OVERVIEW:

MUST HAVE experience with project planning in the DE&I space for HR departments, must experience with strategic management, compliance solutions, strategy. Must have very strong functional skills.

Job Description

1. Plans, documents, and manages assigned project work across HR to coordinate offer delivery. Anticipate and assess business needs and objectives through planning and consultation. Partners with Program Management Office, Global Talent Acquisition, Global Talent Strategy & Development, and HR Data and Analytics team to track and report on project success.

2. Leads and directs project work and team members to effectively meet service objectives across skills while meeting project schedules, deliverables, and outcomes. Communicates with and utilizes tools to coach team members.

3. Supports global HR offer owners for Employer Value Proposition (EVP) integration planning and delivery. Liaise with appropriate stakeholders, including divisional and regional HR leaders, to ensure appropriate integration plan is document and followed. Works with global process owners and other stakeholders within HR to support change management related to the integration.

4. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Leads coordination efforts to effectively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

5. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.

Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Master's degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred.
• Proven teamwork capabilities, strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills, ability to mobilize resources and managing multiple workstreams.
• Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to effectively work independently, with attention to details, sensitivity to details, and identify when to engage others.
