Create accurate and timely estimates for projects
Business development: researching and pursuing new avenues and sales opportunities
Travel to meet with potential clients as well as production sites
Attending relevant meetings with team and clients
You're a good fit for us if you have/are:
At least 5 years' experience estimating in construction
Degree in a related field preferred but not required
Proficiency in Sage/ Timberline, eTakeoff, Procore
Proficiency in MS, Office, Adobe Suites
Well-established in the area with a strong network of relationships
Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as interactively
Demonstrated ability to secure bids as well as develop new business
Steady and detail-oriented work-style, but with personal skills to ensure strong networks and relationships
