Role Overview:
- Advocate for superior digital guest experiences
- Execute digital product strategy
- Develop user stories and business requirements
- Manage feature development and backlog
- Collaborate with design and tech teams
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy
- Present digital strategy to executive audiences
- Monitor and enhance digital platforms
- Manage partner relationships and project delivery
- Ensure timely and on-budget project delivery
- Obtain partner sign-off on key results
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of digital product management experience
- 3-5 years of combined business, agency, or digital experience
- Knowledge of marketing, brand strategy, technology, or digital strategy
- Leadership skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Strategic thinking and initiative
- Familiarity with fast-paced digital environments
- Experience with content management systems
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills
- Analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels
- Comfortable with remote and international teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA/Confluence
- Preferred experience with iOS/Android release process
