Position: The Operations Analyst will play an integral role in the company's growing Operations division. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations but will work collaboratively with all members of the team, gaining exposure to many aspects of the industry in a dynamic and growing company. The Operations Analyst will be dedicated to meticulous tasks and precision-driven responsibilities, overseeing thorough examinations of calculations and documentation relevant to real estate and lending matters making sure to uphold accuracy and integrity across all critical Operational processes.

Key Functions:

Real Estate:
  • Check all information/figures/calculations on monthly billing statements for accuracy.
  • Review and assist with documentation pertaining to leases and property rentals.
  • Assist the Real Estate team with other transactional duties as needed.

Lending:
  • Review documents with all relevant economic terms of new loans/deals.
  • Review rates and implement interest rate adjustments.
  • Check all information/figures/calculations on monthly billing statements for accuracy.
  • Analyze, and review escrow analysis for all loans.
  • Analyze and review payoff and other loan related calculations.
  • Assist in loan analysis as needed.
  • Review, analyze, and process construction draws from Borrowers.
  • Review modification, extension, and forbearance requests, and prepare relevant calculations.
  • Ensure all loan documents are maintained and filed properly.
  • Create and improve risk assessment tools for loan portfolio management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate lending and development transactions.
  • Very detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English (and Spanish preferred)
  • Understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality services.
  • Strong Excel skills are required.
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi is preferred
