Katalyst is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for a global client based in the Chicago Loop. This person must be familiar with L&D design/dev, HR, and some aspects of onboarding or orientation. This is a full time contract engagement requiring 2-3 days a week onsite in the client's Chicago office.
What you bring:
BS Degree or applicable professional experience
Familiarity with onboarding and new hire orientation process, training, and development
Exposure to various learning methodologies
Experience working in a large LMS
What you'll do:
Assist in the development of engaging and effective collateral to support new employee onboarding and learning programs. This includes pre-hire activities, orientation, e-learning modules and workshops, to name a few
Develop custom eLearning solutions after determining skill gaps and growth areas
Develop and update training resources
Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops and training sessions.
