We are excited to announce the opening of our new Technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Site Director to join its team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will be responsible to support the rapid growth of XNRGY's new Plant and guarantee delivery of product on quality, time and cost with a high standard for Health and Safety performance. As part of your role, you will be responsible to ramp up a new facility, structure and implement a new organization and integrate the XNRGY culture within the team.

You will have the opportunity to hire and develop a talented team with high standards for quality and lean execution. Beyond your tasks, you will be part of the management team of XNRGY operations supporting the strategic direction that will ensure XNRGY's expansion and rapid growth.

An overview of your responsibilities:

  • Implement the Operating Model of the facility according to XNRGY standards of excellence.
  • Manage daily plant delivery and quality performance as well as budget and forecast.
  • Define and execute the Strategic Plan of the company that will impact the Arizona facility.
  • Establish and implement lean manufacturing management system which includes KPIs , continuous improvement and a lean culture with the employees.
  • Implement a strong EHS culture across the site with a 0 incident objectives and mindset.
  • Manage the site operations as well as the be the main point of contact with local authorities.
  • Responsible for yearly planning for capacity, production schedule, budget.
  • Implement and influence the culture evolution of the site according to XNRGY values.
  • Develop a strong and efficient team including employee development plans and strong growth potential.
  • Combines a deep cross-functional business understanding with a long-term industry wide

strategic context for all decision-making.
  • Understand how to position the organization for success.
  • Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and timely delivery aligned to customer expectations

What you'll need, among other things!

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a manufacturing focus; Master degree in Engineering and/or Business Operations Management.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in manufacturing environment with at least 10 years as Site leader of a midsize operation with one piece flow production model.
  • Experience with Greenfield ramp up operation.
  • Strong communication and inspiring leadership skills in a context of rapid growth.
  • Organized and structured with ability to analyze complex situations and a solution oriented mindset in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen with customer centric top of mind.
  • Rigorous with the ability to tolerate ambiguity and drive results in a collaborative way.
  • Highly motivated to continuously improve performance.
  • Fluent in English, Functional in Spanish.
