Summary:
As the Manager of Engineering at Laser Photonics Corporation, you will hold a crucial role in elevating our engineering endeavors. Reporting directly to the VP Of Engineering, you will lead a team of proficient engineers and technical specialists, shaping the trajectory of laser technology and ensuring the seamless execution of our product development strategies.
What you'll do:
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and implement the company's engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals.
Provide strategic guidance for product development, R&D, and engineering operations to foster innovation and sustain competitive advantage.
Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing improvement within the engineering division.
Team Management:
Lead, guide, and motivate a diverse team of engineers, designers, and technical experts.
Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance benchmarks for the engineering team to ensure coherence with company objectives.

Product Development:

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) preferred.
Demonstrated track record of leadership and innovation in engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior management capacity.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in laser technology, photonics, optics, and related domains.
Solid business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of translating technical insights into actionable business strategies.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration across various functions and organizational levels.
Proven experience in product development, project management, and process enhancement.
