DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING The St. Clair County Road Commission currently has an opening for the position of Director of Engineering. The ideal candidate requires a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, be a Registered Professional Engineer, experience in Federal and State Highway Funding requirements, traffic and safety, and have five years experience in Civil Engineering with a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.
