Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a TPM Technician for a Food and Beverage Manufacturer in the La Grange, IL that we are partnered with. This position plays a key role in the Continuous Improvement initiatives in the plant!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives Within Plant
- Analyzing and Planning Workflow
- Develop OOE Standards, Create SOP's
- Work with TPM Manager to Improve Plant Process
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Similar
- Extensive Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Experience: 5S, TPM (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Early Management Pillars), Daily Management Systems (Centerline, CIL, and Daily Direction Setting), SMED (Quick Changeover), value stream mapping, kaizen teams, SPC & DoE, poka-yoke, and visual controls.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred
