Key Responsibilities

• Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.


• Applies product and industry knowledge to confidently provide a high level of service and expertise with every customer.


• Applies understanding of building design to sales interactions, ensuring customer orders are correct to specification.


• Applies basic measurement techniques and knowledge of built-in appliances.


• Ensures store is clean and well merchandised.


• Supervises 10-25 employees consisting of sales and sales support staff.


• Provides daily guidance to employees.


• Directs daily work of all store staff.


• Facilitates employee training.

• 1 year of experience as a leader in business, military, or related fields


• 1 year of retail or other sales-related experience


• 1 year of experience in managing a budget

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or above in business, sales management, or related field


• 1 year of supervisory or management experience


• 1 year of appliance or premium luxury product sales experience
