How YOU will make an impact every day:

• Perform secondary operations using various techniques, tools, and equipment following all stated parameters and instructions for each customer order.


• Ensure our products meet the quality standards required by the customer and Nordson Medical.


• Perform visual inspections and measurement tests including documenting and communicating any necessary adjustments to internal departments.


• Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Join our safety mission of JOURNEY TO ZERO to help keep each and every employee safe every day.


• Actively listen and communicate both verbally and written.

Helpful skills for YOU to succeed as a Secondary Operations/Assembly Operator I (helpful, but not required):

• Knowledge of ID and OD specifications (internal diameter and outside diameter).


• Experience with calipers, micrometers, snap gauges, and rulers.


• Experience in manual and computer-based documentation control and development.


• Willingness to learn.

Qualifications for YOU to be successful:

• GED or High School diploma preferred, but not required.


• Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.


• Ability to sit for long periods.


• Detail-oriented.


• Ability to work independently.


• Ability to read the small print and to see at normal distances; write clearly and legibly, and hear within normal ranges in person and on the telephone.
