Job Code Description: Legal Operations Summer Intern

Job Summary

This position will provide administrative contract review and data entry support to members of the Legal Operations Team supporting the Sales and Non-Sales contracting organization. This position reports to the Legal Operations Contracts Administrator at present.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Legal Team in contract management duties which includes:
  
  
  • Contract Review and data input into Salesforce CRM solution
  
  
  • Review and compare data entries for accuracy
  
  
  • Set e-mail reminders for action items
  
  
  • Follow-up with Salesforce Account owners for status of contracts and update in Salesforce
  
  
  • Creating reports and dashboards
  
  
  
  


• Assist in researching contract status and downloading contracts when requested


• Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Database Management


• Knowledge of basic contract management and administration principles and ability to read, interpret, summarize and administer contracts is helpful and will be taught


• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills


• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize workload


• Self-starter with decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills


• Strong work ethic and team player


• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
