Job Description:

As a Field Marketing manager within Life Science Services, you will support the execution of our CDMO strategy in the field of Novel Modalities. You will understand customer needs, industry trends and market influences. You will provide in-depth information on our products and services, including mRNA, Lipid Nano Particles, Formulation Services, and Lipids. You will establish and maintain tools to support the Business Development team, including pipeline management tools and financial reports. You will partner with the commercial teams to develop Plan of Actions and execute the Go-to-Market plans. You will also provide market and Voice of Customer inputs to contribute to new product development and value propositions. You will also be active in relevant industry forums, associations, and Thought Leadership activities and further develop and maintain influential contacts in the field of Novel Modalities.

Minimum Qualifications:



BS degree in Biotechnology or Molecular Biology - MSc and/or PhD is preferred3 years minimum of directly related work experienceStrong analytical skillsExpert in Excel including Think Cell and Power PointDemonstrates ability to communicate with diverse audiences clearly and effectively, both written and orallyIntrinsically driven professional with the ability to work independentlyAbility to manage through influence in a globally networked organizationDemonstrated success in leading high-profile external and internal projectsWilling to travel up to 50%
