MTE Engineering Intern-Summer 2024 at Arconic in Alcoa, Tennessee

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our team as a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Intern within our Manufacturing Technology Engineering team in Alcoa, TN. This intern position is Full-Time with a minimum 10-week assignment for the upcoming summer. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary as well as an option for company paid housing or housing stipend if this option is needed. This position will be based at our Alcoa, Tennessee, location (see location-specific information below).

About our Tennessee Location

Arconic's Tennessee Facility is made up of two plants, North and South, connected via train tracks and boasting over 80 acres of manufacturing space. It is one of the most modern aluminum fabricating facilities in the world. Our plants produce high-quality molten metal and aluminum sheet and are recognized as a world leader in the business. The facility has been located at the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains for 100 years and continues to thrive and grow.

Arconic Tennessee is in East Tennessee only 20 minutes from Knoxville, 3 hours north of Atlanta, 2.5 hours east of Nashville, and 4 hours west of Charlotte, NC.
