Position: Director of Staff Development (DSD)
Location: Citrus Heights Post Acute, Citrus Heights, CA
Wage scale: $55-$60/hr

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive education and training programs for nursing staff
- Assess training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to staff education and training
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care and best practices
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Current LVN license in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or post-acute setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement education programs
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to staff development and training
