Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the complete structural integrity of all the plant facilities. Service, monitor, maintain, and repair all utilities including compressors, pumps, water softeners, valves, and plant piping systems. Install and service all plant equipment as required to ensure that the highest level of productivity and reliability is maintained on all company machinery. Associate must demonstrate a strong focus on Quality of Work, Safety, and Preventative Maintenance Program.

What are we looking for?

Mandatory

• High School Diploma


• 3 years feed manufacturing experience or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience


• Experience In all phases of electricity.


• Electrical systems related to manufacturing and process equipment.


• PLC Logic


• PLC and VFD programming


• Electrical troubleshooting


• Industrial mechanics tools


• Industrial electricians tools


• Industrial instrumentation and controls tools


• Industrial rigging/millwork tools

What will be your key responsibilities?

• At MHUS Quality Is our first principal. As such, each associate Is accountable to execute assignments to ensure compliance to all Quality and Food Safety standards.


• While repairing any equipment, consult OEM technical manual for guidance of the repair. Ensure any needed alignment of motors, shafting, or gearboxes are properly accomplished in accordance with manufacturer's specifications or in acceptance with standard industry practices. In lieu of that, follow all regulations such as Lock Out/ Tag Out, Hot Work Permit, Bin Entry Permit, Working at Heights and other safety requirements.


• Provide the highest level of workmanship, quality, and competency when fabricating and making repairs to all assigned work. Complete jobs in a timely fashion. Respond in a timely manner to emergency Call-Ins. Must be willing to work in such a manner that will support plant operations and maintain integrity of the facilities.


• Assist fellow Maintenance team members, Engineering, HSE, and Contractors to ensure that complete, timely, and quality repairs are completed to maintain and repair mill and mill equipment. Complete work as authorized and knowledge permits or request the service of equipment technicians.
