They are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join their team in their new office in Raleigh, NC.



Your new role


This role serves as a strategic local HR business partner, providing guidance and support to the different business units in the USA on various People & Culture activities, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Attraction, DE&I, etc., as well as handling global projects at the local level.



What you'll need to succeed


The successful candidate will have a degree or masters, with a minimum of 8 years' experience, at least 5 in an HRBP capacity. You will have ideally come from the Consumer Goods industry or similar and have experience working with large global organizations and centers of excellence in HR. Strong influence and stakeholder management will be key to the success of this role.
