You will be working for a Nationwide, full-service construction firm offering design build services across sectors including, but not limited to, Medical, Industrial and Wider Commercial.


Based out of their Denver Office, located in Centennial, you will cover Projects across the Front Range.


Your New Role


The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the financial management, administrative duties, and contractual obligations of their assigned projects, while leading a project management team within a region. The Senior PM will plan, direct and coordinate project activities to ensure project goals and objectives are met. The Senior PM will also mentor, guide, teach and develop junior PMs throughout the process.


What you'll need to succeed

• Will have 10+ years experience across Project Management


• Degree Educated


• Confident with Procore and wider scheduling software


• Strong experience within a GC environment - understands the pace and day to day life of a GC


• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills


• Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects


• An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
